The Bar at Araxi
Whistler’s favorite gathering place, The Bar at Araxi is popular for a casual bite or a bottle of wine shared with friends at the handsome and expansive rosewood bar. The full menu is available from the dining room as well as a selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and oysters from the Seafood + Raw Bar.
Bar manager Rene Wuethrich guides selections nightly—choose from his lengthy single malt scotch and bourbon card, specialty cocktails made with herbs and fresh pressed juices, or from the extensive wines by-the- glass selection. In warmer weather, the outdoor bar faces the village’s main plaza, where people watching and celebrity spotting are team sports.
