Wine
Years ago, we set out to build a fine collection of quality wines. With an eye towards value, we began to buy wines from around the world, and left them to age in our cellar. Our collection in now over 11,000 bottles comprising some 800 different labels and is widely regarded as one of the best in the province. Our entire inventory is stored on the premises under temperature control; many are on display in chilled cabinets in the bar and lounge and in the walls of our private wine room. Our wine list is updated daily due to our high volume of sales. We offer many wines by the glass, as well as a broad selection of fine, single malt scotch, dessert wines, ports, grappas and cognacs.
