Wine
Years ago, we set out to build an exceptional collection of quality wines. With an eye towards value and diversity, we began to buy wines both locally and from around the world and left them to age in our cellar. Our collection is now over 11,000 bottles comprising 1,000 different labels and is widely regarded as one of the best in the province.
Our entire inventory is stored on the premises under temperature control; many are on display in chilled cabinets in the bar and lounge and lining the cabinets of our private wine room. Our wine list is updated daily and offers many wines by the glass, as well as a broad selection of single malt scotch, dessert wines, ports, grappas and cognacs.
